"Connecting Communities: Innovative approaches to engage hard-to-reach learners in education and training"

The project 'Connecting Communities' aims to establish creative ways of working with educational institutions and organisations providing social services to hard-to-reach learners. The overall purpose of this project is to develop new learning communities that would widen participation in learning and to engage people that are normally excluded from formal education/training. The project intends to challenge policies and structures of traditional educational institutions that make it difficult, if not impossible, for hard-to-reach learners to gain access to learning opportunities and to enhance their life skills for a fulfilled future.
